Meet Miss Jackie
Jackie Maraya Griffin is a Broadway veteran that has been blessed to work with award winning artists all over the world. A pop singer since she was in grade school, she found her love for musical theatre in high school and booked her first professional show Miss Saigon (German Company with Jon Jon Briones) when she was 19 and never stopped working since! Jackie was also seen as Alexi and 1st Mimi cover for the Broadway National Tour of RENT and was in the final cast to work with the original creative team - directed by Tony winning director Micheal Grief. She was also picked by choreographer Marlies Yearby as Dance Captain for the tour.
Jackie legit soprano has been heard in her lovely portrayal of Tuptim in multiple regional productions of The King & I. Her performance opposite Manu Narayan (Bombay Dreams) & Josie De Guzman (Guys & Dolls) at DCT in Connecticut received rave reviews. In San Francisco, Jackie played the role of Mei Lei in Flower Drum Song opposite Jennifer Ann Lee (A Chorus Line) and Jared Lee (EvanTube) at the Peninsula Civic Light Opera. She was seen a principal singer in the international tour of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Music of the Night. Her swan song before becoming a Mom was the was The Wiz at the La Jolla Playhouse, starring Tony winner Nikki James (Book of Mormon), David Alan Grier (In Living Color), Tituss Burgess (Little Mermaid) and directed by Tony winning director Des MacAnuff. Other regional credits include Godspell, Once Upon A Mattress, Jekyll and Hyde, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Ragtime, and Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Outside theatre, Jackie was featured as Andrea on the ABC series LOST opposite Matthew Fox filmed in O'ahu. She has headlined in concerts with recording artists and movie stars from the Philippines such as Christopher De Leon, Martin Nivera and Kuh Ledesma. She is a Christian worship leader and performed at numerous corporate events with her husband in their Hawaiian Band, Pu’uwai. Jackie can be heard the recording of NHO Music's Steadfast Love with Dream Records. In 2012, she was the winner of Hawaii Stars, the islands' version of American Idol.
Jackie has been a singing teacher and vocal coach for over 22 years and has produced numerous student showcases featuring her students' flourishing talent, many of whom have gone on to professional careers as performers and vocal coaches themselves (see Testimonials). She was the assistant director and vocal coach for the show choir Triton’s Triple Threat at the Preuss School, UCSD and the music and performing arts director at St. Charles Borromeo Academy. Jackie has musical directed and conducted musical theater, audition technique and vocal master classes at performing arts companies throughout San Diego, Hawaii and Georgia. She was a proud member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and served as an adjudicator for Broadway San Diego's High School Musical Theatre Awards (Jimmy Awards). In 2019, Mayor Kevin Faulconer & the Phil Am BID awarded Jackie with a TOP HAT Award for her outstanding work as professional in the San Diego AAPI Arts Community.

Jackie’s biggest and all time favorite role is mother to her 3 beautiful children: Ka’eo Jr. (her special angel) and Koa & Hoku (her 2 biz kidz). Her eldest son, a non-speaker was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Her journey as a wife, mom, and autism speller advocate for those without a voice has written a new melody into her life’s song.

This music prodigy, composer, songwriter, drummer, pianist, uke player, rapper, actor, singer, beat boxer with perfect pitch is repped by Eris Talent, J Pervis Talent and Ivy Artists Management. On stage, he has played the lead in many musicals such as Maui, Marlin, and currently Mufasa.
On camera, Koa is a SAG-E actor that has lead numerous commercials and was featured with Tiffany Haddish on ABC's Kids Say the Darndest Things. His viral video of My Shot was retweeeted by Lin-Manuel Miranda himself and officially made Koa a Hamilkid in 2019 @koajacobgriffin

A SAG-E actress that has done numerous commericals for brands like Petco and Honda, and has movie with A-List celebs releasing globally an on Amazon prime in the Fall of 2024. She's the voice of Lovie in the preschool animation My Friend Lovie and can also be heard soon on Nickelodeon. A true Broadway Baby like her Mom, she's played several leads such as Matilda, Nemo and currently Rafiki
in The Lion King. Hoku is repped by DDO Kids, J Pervis Talent and Ivy Artists Management @hokugriffin
